The founders
Where we come from
We, the founder families, are inherited business families — between 150 and 250 years in business, trade, commerce and industry, what would today be classed as MSME. We hail from the business and trading community of British-ruled southern India, in the region now covered by the states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and remain engaged in business, trade, commerce and industry in Bangalore, Karnataka, as well as in Dhone, Andhra Pradesh.
Drawing on this entrepreneurial legacy and extensive expertise, we — Yogaachaarya Suresh Kumar Makam and Yogaachaarya Suma Makam — founded and registered M/s Nucleus Tech Works in the Tier 2 heritage city of Mysuru, Karnataka.
Our vision is to infuse cutting-edge deep-tech solutions to streamline and to make people’s access to government services smooth and efficient. This vision has resonated deeply with like-minded experts, who have joined us wholeheartedly in transforming this ambitious goal into reality.

A method of meditation based upon the heart
Yoga as a science is India’s great contribution to the welfare and well-being of mankind, and it is recognised today by the whole world.
Revered Shri. Yogaachaarya Suresh Kumar Makam is a serious, committed practitioner of meditation in the Raja Yoga stream of knowledge, and has been for roughly four decades — beginning at the age of sixteen, under the tutelage of his Great Acharya Deva, Revered Raghavendra Rao, in the method of meditation based upon the heart.
He was elevated as an Acharya at the age of twenty-one and a half, but refrained from acting as one until the mahasamadhi of his Acharya Deva in 2006.
He has since propounded a new method of meditation based upon the heart, named Layavastha In Brahman — a body of practice he has set down in writing rather than kept to an oral lineage.
More than thirty-five books, given freely
He has authored more than 35 books on his writings and his method, and distributes all of them free of charge to anyone who wants them, through his website. He has written in Kannada as well as English. His meditation is taught at no cost, and his writings carry no price.
- layavasthainbrahman.com — the complete writings, freely available
- Layavastha In Brahman Podcasts — recorded talks on the writings and the method
Preserving indigenous tribal heritage
He is also a trustee of Adi Dhwani Trust, which works to preserve indigenous tribal heritage. That work is not separate from the company’s: it is the reason Nucleus Tech Works took on the restoration of ancient palm leaf manuscripts, and the reason a technology company holds a stake in what happens to a four-hundred-year-old leaf.

Adi Dhwani Trust works to preserve indigenous tribal heritage — including the folk and tribal collections from which the manuscripts we restore were gathered.

The team
A team of technocrats across computer science and engineering, physics, law and finance. Qualifications begin at graduation and run through post-graduation, double graduation and doctorates, with a decade to three decades of experience each — including retired senior scientists from government service.
Logic plus reasoning becomes science; mathematics scales it to the height of the ideal; engineering makes it happen. Engineering, to us, means making things happen and finding solutions.
How work moves here
- 1A flash of thought is translated into an idea.
- 2The idea evolves into a concept — something doable.
- 3The doable concept becomes an architecture of concept.
- 4The architecture is constituted, bringing every member element of the original thought together.
- 5That spirit is brought into letters, and the theoretical portion is manifested.

Every element of the mark is deliberate. The paragraphs alongside explain each one.
Philosophy of the logo and the name
Light is life. Light is the creator, the sustainer, the preserver.
Myriad forms of life are the signature of life, and Mother Nature brought them forth. In other words, the myriad of colours represents a multitude of life forms — colours that emerge from the light, the Sun being the source of all colours, whose basic classification we term VIBGYOR. We have used that same combination of colours in the name and the logo.
The live blood cell in the top-left corner is placed in blood red, a dot covering it with a miniature circle, and within the rim of that circle a mini dot of red — to indicate the primary life form. We at Nucleus Tech Works are full of life.
Upon the dancing letter S is a flowered rim with a yellow dot. The yellow signifies Mother Earth, which indicates matter. Matter is born before life; it is the basis of life and it facilitated the emergence of life. We are aware of this, and we work with the philosophy of nature, from the nucleus level.
The atom in action, placed between the upper-case Nucleus and the lower-case Tech works, on a silver background and in grey, is the sign that we are in action — that the process is in motion. Thought works. Thought power is the nucleus power of the human being, and we practise it in our day-to-day life, at thought speed, as the tagline says.
The whole name and logo is covered with the VIBGYOR colour case, which presents myriad colours in free flow, without any obstruction.
